As of 2025, the Wolf Pack is the fastest-growing organization within eXp Realty worldwide. We're celebrated for our collaborative agent community and proven personal branding strategies using social media and AI-driven tactics.

Agent Wolf Pack is not a traditional production team. We're a self-organized group within eXp Realty led by Mike Sherrard and Connor Steinbrook. Every Wolf Pack agent keeps their full 80/20 split and $16K cap—there's no additional team split or fee to join our group at eXp.

eXp Realty keeps it simple—no franchise fees, desk fees, or royalty fees. Just a low monthly fee that covers tech, training, and support.

• 🇺🇸 US Agents: $149 startup fee (includes your first month), then $85/month

• 🇨🇦 Canadian Agents: $199 startup fee (includes your first month), then $139/month

Your eXp Sponsor is the person who most influenced you to join eXp Realty, as defined in the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). A sponsor's role is to introduce you to the company and guide you through onboarding.

As part of eXp's revenue share model, sponsors earn a small portion of the company dollar from the agents they bring to the brokerage. While you can join eXp without naming a sponsor, choosing one you align with gives you access to mentorship, tools, and resources that go far beyond eXp's standard offerings.

Agents cannot change sponsors while active with eXp Realty. To select a new sponsor, an agent must voluntarily leave eXp and remove their license from the brokerage. Once they've left, there's a 12-month "Original Sponsor Window" before they can rejoin under a different sponsor. If they return before that window closes, eXp will automatically reassign them to their original sponsor.

Therefore, agents who are already with eXp Realty cannot switch into The Wolf Pack organization.

Yes! As of May 2025, eXp introduced the Co-Sponsorship Program, which lets you name both a primary sponsor and a co-sponsor. During the initial agent application and onboarding process, you'll name your primary sponsor. Then, after joining eXp Realty (meaning your real estate license is active with eXp), you'll have a five-day window to select your co-sponsor.

Every eXp agent has access to multiple brokers in their province or state who help with contracts, compliance, and deal-specific questions. You can also reach your designated broker support team and other eXp department staff directly inside eXp World—our virtual office that's open 24/7, Monday through Friday.

Not at all. You can build your business however you choose — selling real estate, attracting agents, or both. The revenue share model simply rewards you for helping the company grow, but there’s no requirement to recruit.

If you're brand new to real estate or have completed fewer than three transactions in the past 12 months, you'll be enrolled in the Mentorship Program. You'll be paired with a local certified mentor who will guide you through a structured curriculum and support you through your first three deals. Additionally, when you join the Wolf Pack, you'll have exclusive access to our tools, training, and resources to help you jumpstart your business. All you have to do is learn and implement what you discover to build momentum fast!

Once your license is active with eXp Realty and you appear on our Wolf Pack roster, you’ll receive a welcome email from The Wolf Pack (and a separate one from Laressa) that same evening around 6 PM MST. Inside, you’ll find access links to all our tools, courses, and onboarding resources.

After that, we’ll hop on a call together to get you fully set up inside our ecosystem and make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running.
