AI for Real Estate Agents: Plan YouTube Content with Claude + Notion
If you're a real estate agent who knows you should be posting on YouTube but freezes the moment it's time to figure out what to actually film, you're not alone.
This is one of the most common reasons real estate agents never start YouTube, and it has nothing to do with being on camera.
In this post, I'm breaking down the exact content operating system I built to help real estate agents plan a full month of evergreen, searchable video content, using Claude AI and Notion together.
Want the exact roadmap without having to pause and rewind the video every five minutes?
I turned this into a free downloadable guide with step-by-step instructions and ready-to-use prompts you can copy into Claude and Notion.
Connecting Notion to Claude
Go to Settings → Connectors inside Claude, find Notion, and connect your Notion workspace.
Once Claude is connected to your Notion workspace, it can autonomously read and write directly into your content calendar, so ideas don't just live in a chat.
With this Content OS set up properly, your video ideas live in an actual database—easy to revisit, expand, and turn into fully planned videos whenever you’re ready to film.
Creating a Claude Project for Real Estate Content
Inside Claude, a Project acts as both a dedicated workspace and assistant that already understands your goals.
For real estate content planning, I programmed this project to think like a YouTube strategist, SEO researcher, and content director, always filtering ideas through whether a real buyer or seller in your market would actually search for them.
Adding Your Brand Context (Don't Skip This)
This is the step most people are tempted to rush past, and it's the one that actually makes the difference. Without your brand brief, Claude has no understanding of who you are or who you serve.
Feeding Claude a simple brand context file first is what turns Claude from a generic AI tool into your own executive content manager.
Building a Simple Notion Video Database
This database is where everything lives, think of it as a spreadsheet, but smarter.
It's the single source of truth you hand to Claude, so it always knows exactly where your video ideas belong, and where to file new ones as you create them.
You don't need a complicated system to get started. A simple database with a few key properties like the: publish date, video pillar, video status, and video URL, is enough to keep every idea organized and ready to plan around.
Planning a Month of Content in One Sitting
This is where the magic happens.
With my written prompt, Claude generates evergreen, searchable video ideas for real estate agents and creates them directly as organized pages inside your Notion database, complete with the right pillar and status already filled in.
This system on its own will help you never run out of video ideas again. But I also know that building all of this alone, the content, the AI tools, the tech stack, on top of actually running your real estate business, can feel like one more thing on a never-ending list.
Let’s keep it real estate… You didn't get into real estate to become a full-time content creator.
That's exactly why partnering with me gives you access to the Wolf Pack at eXp Realty, a community built by Mike Sherrard and Connor Steinbrook and grown collectively by the agents inside it.
On top of everything eXp and the Wolf Pack already provide, you also get access to my template vault, so content creation stops feeling like a second job and starts feeling like something you actually have support for.
